When your plumbing is clogged, you would typically call a plumber. My opponent, John Nonna, is a lawyer and I am a chief financial officer and a CPA. Westchester's problems now center on taxes and financial discipline. Our problems will not be solved with more laws from lawyers. Now is the time that the county legislator’s body can use a professional who has run businesses and knows that when the revenue stream is not growing, expenses should not be growing either.
